Jamfest Super Nationals Jan. 16 - 18 2009
Next year all teams Youth Level & up (that
would be Flames) will be going to the Jamfest Super Nationals in
Indianapolis. We are setting up a hotel block at the Embassy Suites which is
connected by skywalk to the convention center. We will have 40 rooms
available at $209 per room. These rooms have King size beds and a Queen size
pull out couch (that's all they have available) and include free breakfast.
This year we were not able to get rooms at
the connecting hotels (a few did but paid a lot more) because they book so
early. You will need to book your rooms soon if you want to get into this
hotel next year.
As soon as we have the contract we will put
the phone number and instructions for booking that hotel on this note. Check
back in the next couple days for that info. Please thank Barb Meyers (Flames
